The ELTHAM College Hospitality Training Centre was established in 2002 as one of Melbourne’s finest hospitality training centres.  Aspiring to the highest hospitality standards; three of their graduates have received the prestigious Premier’s awards and many others are working in the industry.

Their programs include nationally accredited courses leading to hospitality careers, short courses for children and adults of course, the Culinary Arts experiences.

The magnificently appointed Hospitality Training Centre based at Swipers Gully Vineyard and Restaurant includes an expansive training kitchen for up to 20 trainees and is considered to be one of the best professional cooking facilities in Melbourne.
