1.All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

2.Works must remain in the exhibition until 11:45am Friday 26th October (the last day of the exhibition).

3.A minimum 20% deposit of the selling price is required on purchase.  Final payment of the balance must be made by the close of the exhibition and before art work is collected

4.Copyright remains with the artist and no reproduction is allowed without permission.

5.All freight charges (if applicable) are to be paid by the purchaser.   ELTHAM College of Education will not take responsibility for freighted art work.

6.Property of the work remains with the owner and does not pass to the buyer until full payment of the agreed price, and notwithstanding that possession of the said work or works has been delivered to the buyer prior to the full payment having been made.
