Freya’s work is one of purity of vision with a forever optimistic view of the world. She enjoys travelling extensively across the globe, drawing inspiration from wherever she visits. Her quirky and thought provoking pieces are much loved and sort after, and are held in many public and private collections around the world. She has worked across Australia and London providing illustrations for many of the larger publications, as well as advertising and design houses.
She exhibits regularly, just finishing a show at Gallery Phillip Neville, Darwin and a solo show at The Coningsby Gallery, London. Other select exhibitions include The Canterbury Art Show, of which she has been a featured artist, 101 Collins St, Raw Studios, Dux Artists Group Shows, Strathcona, The Melbourne International Flower Show and Bermondsey Art Shows, London.
Awards include the Phillips National Illustration Prize, Telecom Design Award, Anti-Cancer Council Art Award and DMB & B Scholarship.
