Georgina Vinsun

In the two years since graduating, Georgina’s work has been consistently selected for an eclectic range of exhibitions, both nationally and internationally.

Her abstract paintings focus on her fascination with the sky and cloud formations, whilst incorporating elements of spontaneity, an aspect of abstraction Georgina finds intriguing.

She works at expressing the feelings experienced whilst out there in the elements, simultaneously keeping a slight figurative element to the works.  Her use of colour is instinctive, often impulsive and references her constantly changing digital/photographic source material.

Georgina is currently preparing work for her first solo show which will take place in 2008, followed by her second in 2009.
